On 13th November 2008 a house number 15 on Foksal street in Warsaw hosted the "Le carrousel" vernissage, where Gosia Baczynska presented the outcome of her work for RESERVED. PLEJ Agency was responsible for complex organization and management of this event.
Thanks to the vernissage guests had an opportunity to admire 13 photographs of the "Le carrousel" collection for the first time. Photographs were shot by one of the best fashion photographers in Poland - Marcin Tyszka. The place of the event, a historic house on Foksal street in Warsaw city centre, was a perfect venue to reconstruct the atmosphere of Paris in the twenties, what was the collection's theme. This was possible thanks to our team, who prepared the building outdoors and indoors accordingly.
PLEJ was responsible for obtaining the needed permissions and cooperation with building's architect and manager. We had to adapt the whole place by cleaning, providing electricity, hiring a stage designer, choosing the company providing illumination and sound services with professionally trained staff, providing essential sanitation facilities and security.
We were supervising all of those elements. In addition PLEJ provided the whole staff needed for the events, including a DJ, VJ, hostesses and catering, and settled the deal with Wyborowa company to provide an open bar for all guests.
Moreover we took care of all media relations, including Polsat, TV4 and TVP Info television channels, making sure they will generate appropriate publicity for the event.
After the event the photographs were moved to a gallery next to the RESERVED boutique on Wiech's Passage in Warsaw. The technical background needed for this exhibition was also provided by PLEJ Agency.
